Who Can Use the Platform?

iPiata is open to everyone — buyers can browse without an account. An account is required to place orders. Sellers require a "seller" account with a complete profile.

Your Account and Personal Data

• Your personal data is stored securely and never sold to third parties
• You can delete your account at any time from profile settings
• You receive transactional emails (orders, deliveries) — newsletter can be disabled at any time

Reviews and Ratings

The review system accepts ratings only from buyers who have completed an order with that producer. Reviews are verified and cannot be deleted by sellers.
